Softball Nation Camps is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and well-organized environment for all participants. The information on this page offers a general overview of our policies, but it is not intended as legal advice. Our Commitment to Participants

Softball Nation Camps believes in maintaining clear, fair, and easy-to-understand policies for every family. These Terms & Conditions define the expectations, responsibilities, and legal framework surrounding participation in our programs. Our goal is to create a positive and well-structured experience built on transparency and mutual understanding.

Participant Terms & Conditions

1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in softball and athletic activities involves inherent risks, including impacts with equipment, slips, falls, collisions, physical exertion, weather-related risks, and other hazards associated with sports training. By registering, I voluntarily assume all such risks on behalf of the Participant.

 

2. Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of the Participant’s enrollment, I release and hold harmless Softball Nation Camps, Diamond Kings LLC, host facilities, staff, instructors, contractors, volunteers, and affiliated parties (“Released Parties”) from any claims or damages related to camp participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

3. Medical Authorization

I authorize the Released Parties to provide basic first aid and, if necessary, to secure emergency medical services for the Participant. I understand that I am responsible for all medical costs incurred.

 

4. Emergency Contact Obligations

I confirm that the emergency contact information provided is accurate and that listed individuals can be reached during camp hours. I agree to update Softball Nation Camps if this information changes.

 

5. Conduct and Dismissal Policy

The Participant is expected to behave respectfully and safely. Softball Nation Camps reserves the right to remove any participant—without refund—whose behavior is dangerous, disruptive, or harmful to other participants or staff.

 

6. Weather, Schedule, and Facility Adjustments

Camp schedules may be modified due to weather, facility constraints, or unforeseen circumstances. Friday may be used as a makeup day if required. Refunds are not issued for schedule adjustments or days missed by the Participant.

 

7. Equipment Responsibility

Participants must bring their own required personal equipment (bat, glove, helmet, catcher’s gear, etc.). Softball Nation Camps is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

 

8. Media Release

I grant permission for Softball Nation Camps to use photos or videos of the Participant for marketing, promotional, or instructional purposes. To opt out, I must notify the camp director in writing prior to the first day of camp.

 

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All registrations are subject to the Softball Nation Camps refund policy. Processing fees are non-refundable. Refund eligibility is determined solely by Softball Nation Camps.

Website Terms & Conditions

1. Ownership of Content

All website content—including text, graphics, images, logos, videos, and downloadable files—is the copyrighted property of Softball Nation Camps and Diamond Kings LLC. It may not be copied, posted, republished, or distributed without prior written permission.

 

Users may download materials only for personal, non-commercial use.

 

2. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to use this site for commercial, unlawful, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Posting abusive, threatening, vulgar, defamatory, or criminal content

  • Uploading content that violates the rights of others

  • Introducing viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Interfering with website functionality or security

 

Softball Nation Camps may remove or block any content that violates these rules.

 

3. User Submissions

Softball Nation Camps is not responsible for user-submitted content on forms, message areas, or digital communication channels.
By communicating with us, users grant Softball Nation Camps a royalty-free, perpetual license to use any ideas, content, or suggestions submitted, for any purpose, without compensation.

 

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

All website materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Softball Nation Camps disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or error-free operation.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

Softball Nation Camps and Diamond Kings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to:

  • Use or inability to use the website

  • Errors, interruptions, or performance issues

  • User-submitted content

 

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) by the user to access the site.

 

6. Termination of Agreement

This agreement remains in effect unless terminated by either party.
Users may terminate by discontinuing website use and deleting downloaded materials. Softball Nation Camps may terminate access at any time for violations of these terms.
