Cancellation Policy

SOFTBALL NATION CAMPS — CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason up to 72 hours before camp check-in, you’ll receive a Softball Nation Camp Credit for the full tuition amount paid.

 

This credit is:

  • Valid through the end of the following calendar year

  • Fully transferable to any immediate family member

  • Good for any Softball Nation Camps location

 

Participants who do not attend their registered session (no-shows), or who fail to contact Softball Nation at least 72 hours before check-in, will not receive a camp credit.

 

If Softball Nation Camps must cancel a camp due to weather, facility issues, health-related closures, or any other operational circumstance, families will automatically receive a full camp credit valid through the following year. Credits may be used by any immediate family member.

 

These policies help cover the advance costs associated with planning each camp, including staffing, field reservations, equipment, and administrative expenses. By registering, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation terms listed above and agree that any fees retained are considered liquidated damages.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Softball Nation Camps offers payment options at checkout if needed to help families afford the opportunity to attend. You may choose to pay the full amount or a deposit, which divides your camp tuition into 2 equal installments.​ By choosing to pay only a deposit, you agree to complete final payment before the posted deadline. Deposits are subject to the same cancellation policy.
